Stuck In Atlanta
I arrived at Philadelphia Airport two hours ahead of my flight, however the flight was delayed. We sat on the the runway for 2.5 hours! I missed my connection in Atlanta for Dubai. Next flight not for 24 hours so I'm stuck in Atlanta. By the way, Delta sucks. They did not offer me any assistance.

Hey David, sorry the journey isn't starting out on the right foot. hopefully this is the worst you will have to deal with. Speaking as a fellow "road warrior" I consistently miss connecting flights because of delays in Philly, wether it be on United, USAir, American or Delta. It's not Delta that sucks it's PHL. hang in there and be safe.
Hey David, We met at your Mom's after your Dad passed. I take her to Tai Chi and shopping twice a week and adore her. She shared your blog address with me and now I'm on this trip with you and I'm so excited! I hope you are able to make it to Afganistan. The photo of Leah is breathtaking.
